1. Overview

This website is operated by KENNY'S BELTS. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to KENNY'S BELTS.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, creating an account, contacting us, or otherwise using our website and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the website. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

2. Eligibility and Customer Information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number, product selections, measurements, and customization details.

We are not responsible for problems caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Products and Availability

All product descriptions, photographs, prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately. However, actual colors may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, natural materials, and handmade production.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to particular customers, destinations, quantities, or jurisdictions.

We may discontinue a product or decline an order when materials are unavailable, the requested specifications cannot reasonably be produced, shipping is unavailable, or legal or regulatory restrictions apply.

4. Handmade and Natural Materials

KENNY'S BELTS products are individually handmade.

Full-grain vegetable-tanned leather is a natural material. Differences in grain, wrinkles, scars, color, texture, and aging are normal characteristics of genuine leather and are not defects.

Minor differences in stud placement, stone appearance, finish, measurements, and other handmade details may occur. These variations are part of the individual character of the product.

5. Made-to-Order and Custom Products

Most products are made to order according to the customer’s selected size, materials, colors, and specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all measurements and specifications before production begins.

For belts, the required measurement is generally taken from the tip of the buckle pin to the hole used most often. Trouser size and body waist measurement should not be used unless the product page expressly states otherwise.

If we request clarification, photographs, measurements, or confirmation, production may be delayed until the required information is received.

Once production has begun, custom or made-to-order specifications cannot normally be canceled or changed.

6. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We may contact you to confirm measurements, specifications, shipping information, payment information, or other order details.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Incorrect pricing or listing errors
• Unavailable materials
• Incomplete customer information
• An undeliverable destination
• Legal, regulatory, customs, or carrier restrictions
• A request that we cannot safely or reasonably produce

If we cancel an accepted and paid order, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

7. Prices, Payments, Taxes, and Import Charges

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout.

Payment is due when the order is placed, using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Any additional charge for a separately approved custom request will be disclosed before the additional work begins.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, VAT, customs fees, and carrier charges are handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

For United States orders, applicable customs duties are included unless otherwise stated.

For other destinations, import-related charges may be payable by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

8. Production and Shipping

The standard production time for made-to-order products is approximately 2–4 weeks after all required measurements and specifications have been confirmed.

Items marked Ready to Ship are normally dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Production times and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping time is separate from production time.

Shipping destinations, duties, tracking, delays, damaged packages, returned packages, and address responsibilities are governed by our Shipping Policy.

9. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, exchanges, repairs, and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Made-to-order and custom products are generally not eligible for return or refund because of a change of mind, an incorrect customer-provided measurement, or personal preference.

This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Product Care and Use

Customers are responsible for using and maintaining products appropriately.

Leather products should be kept away from excessive moisture, heat, chemicals, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Metal parts, stones, leather finishes, and decorative components may change naturally through use.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, unauthorized alteration, excessive force, accidents, or normal wear and aging.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, stud patterns, text, descriptions, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to KENNY'S BELTS unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, publish, distribute, sell, commercially use, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual-property rights in the design or related content.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or its content:

• For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• To violate the rights of another person
• To transmit malicious code
• To interfere with the security or operation of the website
• To collect personal information without authorization
• To submit false or misleading information
• To copy or commercially exploit our designs or content

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KENNY'S BELTS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These limitations do not apply where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
