We normally respond within 1–2 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays.

Selling Price

The selling price of each product is displayed on the relevant product page.

Prices are normally displayed in United States dollars unless another currency is shown through the applicable market or checkout settings.

Charges Other Than the Product Price

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

Depending on the destination, customers may also be responsible for import duties, VAT, taxes, customs-clearance fees, and carrier handling charges, unless these charges are expressly stated as included.

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable customs duties and import charges are included unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Payment Methods

Payment methods available for an order are displayed at checkout and may include credit cards and other payment services supported by Shopify.

Payment Timing

Payment is due when the order is placed.

For a separately approved custom request that requires an additional charge, the price will be disclosed and approved before the additional work begins.

Order Acceptance

An order is accepted after payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed that the product can be supplied.

For custom or made-to-order products, we may contact the customer to confirm measurements and specifications before production begins.

Delivery and Dispatch

Made-to-order products are normally completed and dispatched approximately 2–4 weeks after all necessary measurements, specifications, and order details have been confirmed.

Items marked Ready to Ship are normally dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination and carrier. Production time and shipping time are separate.

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Made-to-order and custom products cannot normally be canceled once production has begun.

Because they are produced according to customer-selected measurements or specifications, made-to-order and custom products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund because of a change of mind, an incorrect customer-provided measurement, or personal preference.

Eligible Ready-to-Ship items may be returned only under the conditions stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Customers must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery regarding a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If a product is defective, damaged during shipment, or materially different from the confirmed order, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide the order number and clear photographs.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a repair, replacement, remake, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Application Period

Unless a specific sales period or deadline is stated on the product page, orders may be placed while the product is available for sale.

Quantity and Other Sales Conditions

Quantity limits, available destinations, custom options, and other special sales conditions are displayed on the relevant product page or at checkout.

We do not currently accept orders for delivery to member states of the European Union or Northern Ireland.

Product Characteristics

Products are handmade using natural materials.

Differences in leather grain, wrinkles, scars, color, texture, stone appearance, stud placement, and finish are normal characteristics of natural and handmade products and are not considered defects.

Actual colors may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, and screen settings.
